Jennifer Bell, MD

Dr. Bell received her undergraduate degree and medical education at Brown University. She did her pediatric residency at the Hasbro Children's Hospital in Rhode Island. Dr. Bell enjoys all areas of pediatric and adolescent care and has a particular interest in preventative medicine. Away from the office, her hobbies include travel and reading. Daniel W. Dubner, MD

In addition to managing a wide variety of pediatric problems, Dr. Dubner has special expertise in children with complex disabilities. He received his medical training at the University of Pennsylvania, and served his residency at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He undertook further training in child development at the University of Washington, and completed a fellowship in Birth Defects at the Boston Floating Hospital.
Dr. Dubner is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics. He is co-author with Dr. Felch of "The Pediatrician's Best Baby Planner for the First Year of Life." Dr. Dubner is on staff at Lowell General Hospital and Saints Medical Center. He began his pediatric practice in 1978 and joined Greater Lowell Pediatrics in 1988 where he is a Managing Partner. Away from the office, Dr. Dubner enjoys all aspects of family life with his wife and three children. His hobbies and interests include woodworking, running, reading, travel, and following Boston’s world champion sports teams. Usual Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thursday in Lowell and Westford Offices |
Gregory Felch, MD

Dr. Felch received his medical training at the University of Cincinnati, and served as Resident and Chief Resident in Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
He joined the clinical faculty at the Tufts University School of Medicine in 1982, and spent many years training pediatric residents at the Boston Floating Hospital for Children, for which he was twice honored with their faculty teaching award. From 1985 to 1989, he staffed the hospital’s School Function Program, which evaluated and treated children with attention and learning disorders. Dr. Felch has been a Pediatrician and Managing Partner at Greater Lowell Pediatrics since 1988. He has held numerous positions at Lowell General Hospital, including Chief of Pediatrics and Director of the Newborn Nursery. From 1999 to 2004, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Lowell General Hospital Physician-Hospital Organization, and served as Chairman of the Board from 2000 to 2004. In 2005, Dr. Felch joined the Board of Directors of Affiliated Pediatric Practices, a network of over 110 pediatric providers in eastern Massachusetts. He currently serves as Vice President and Medical Director, and is responsible for developing and overseeing medical management and utilization programs for the organization. Dr. Felch is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the American College of Physician Executives. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of its Section on Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics
